Uppercase Letter (B) in Braille
To create the uppercase letter (B)
using the Braille writing system, two encoded cells are used. The first cell,
or uppercase generator sign, is encoded with dots (4) and (6) from
the second vertical column. This is followed by a second cell with dots (1) and
(2) from the first vertical column on the left side, thus forming the uppercase
letter (B).
Lowercase Letter (b) in Braille.
To configure and diagram the
lowercase letter (b), only one generator cell is required, using dots (1) and
(2) from the first vertical column on the left side of the six-dot generator
sign.
